Long before Scott Tyler tossed his flag on the floor, the School of the
Art Institute fielded complaints about one of Ziolkowski's male nudes. The
artist reacted by covering the photo with a plain brown wrapper, sending
a message to his viewers. The Catherine Edelman Gallery, 300 W. Superior,
is exhibiting a collection of Ziolkowski's black-and-white studies, which
celebrate the male body and explore the vulnerable facets of the male psyche.
